Retina Associates of Sarasota and The Center for Retina and Macular Disease are proud to cosponsor a revolutionary new symposium - The Florida Retina Symposium at Walt Disney World. Retina Associates of Sarasota and The Center for Retina and Macular Disease has a long tradition of education and research in ophthalmology. Our nationally renowned faculty will continue this tradition at the world’s largest playground…Walt Disney World.

The Florida Retina Symposium at Walt Disney World will be held at the ultra modern Contemporary Resort, Orlando from March 19 through March 20, 2010. Participating ophthalmologists will take part in an educational experience that is as unique as the venue itself. No other symposium on earth offers so much to learn and dofrom high quality education to the world famous theme parks. These physicians will be your captive audience at this magical two-day event.

We are inviting you and your organization to be a commercial supporter and/or exhibitor for this event. The following pages detail the specific opportunities and their benefits. We encourage you to reserve your supporting level and exhibitor space early since the opportunities are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Lounge Exhibitor Package* ($20,000)
The hub of the Exhibit Hall! Your company’s name will be highlighted at this premier location in the center of the exhibit hall, providing opportunity to display material atop the café style tables. The space is 14’ x 30’ and will provide attending physicians a comfortable and convenient meeting place with access to the internet.

Exhibitor I Package* ($10,000)
Booth space is 10’ wide x 7’ deep and includes one 6’ draped table.

Exhibitor II Package* ($7,500)
Booth space is 10’ wide x 7’ deep and includes one 6’ draped table.
